Terms of Service

The conditions that apply to bookings, voyages, league membership and use of this website.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive the deposit specified in your proposal. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes remain valid for fourteen days.

Balance payment is due sixty days before departure for voyages and fourteen days before event dates for evening charters. Bookings made inside those windows require full payment on confirmation.

2Gaming conduct

All gaming at our events is run by licensed dealers under house rules published for each format. The tournament director's ruling on disputed hands is final. Collusion, chip dumping and abusive conduct toward staff or guests result in removal from the game and, where warranted, from the event without refund.

Guests must be eighteen or older to participate in gaming formats. Responsible gaming information is available at every event, and self-exclusion requests are honoured across all our products.

3Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arriving before boarding closes; vessels cannot delay departure for late arrivals. Valid photo identification is required at boarding. The cruise line's terms of carriage apply to all time aboard, including conduct, safety and luggage rules.

4Changes by us

We may adjust itineraries, vessels or event formats where weather, port scheduling or vessel availability requires it. Material changes are notified promptly, and guests receive the choices described in the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

5Website use

This website may be used for lawful personal and commercial enquiry. Automated scraping of content, attempts to access booking systems without authorisation, and use of the site to distribute unsolicited messages are prohibited.

6Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the amounts paid for that booking. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. Disputes are handled under Western Australian law as described in the Legal Notice.
