Refunds & Cancellations

How cancellations, changes and refunds work across voyages, events and league memberships.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1Guest cancellations: voyages

Cancellations more than ninety days before departure receive a full refund of payments made, less a $150 administration fee. Between ninety and sixty days, the deposit is retained and the balance refunded. Inside sixty days, refunds depend on resale of the berth; where the cabin resells we refund in full less the administration fee.

2Guest cancellations: evening events

Evening charters and corporate nights cancelled more than thirty days out receive a full refund less the administration fee. Inside thirty days, the deposit is retained. Inside seven days, catering and staffing commitments mean refunds are limited to 25% of the event value.

3Date changes

One date change is offered free of charge when requested more than thirty days before the original date, subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and rebooking under the scales above.

4Changes or cancellations by us

If we cancel a voyage or event, guests choose between a full refund or transfer to an equivalent future date. Where weather or maritime conditions change an itinerary, we substitute equivalent arrangements; a material change that removes a headline feature entitles guests to the refund-and-transfer choice.

5League memberships

Season memberships are refundable until the first points night is played. After that, membership may be transferred to another player or deferred to the next season once, by written request.

6How to request and timing

Cancellation and refund requests go to [email protected] with your booking reference. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within ten working days. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
