Slide the numbers to your plan. The estimate uses our evening-event rates; a written quote tunes it to your actual date and vessel.
Estimates include gaming floor, dealers, host and standard hospitality. Branding, premium bar and custom production are quoted separately.
How payment works
Deposit
30% of the quoted value holds your date and floor. Deposits are refundable inside the windows set out in our refunds policy.
Balance
Voyages settle sixty days before departure, evening events fourteen days out. Bank transfer or card; invoices carry GST.
Cover
Every booking carries our marine event liability cover, and optional event cancellation insurance is quoted with your proposal.
Cancellation terms, date changes and refund scales are written in plain language on the refunds page. Nothing in them overrides your consumer rights.
What the money buys
A casino night ashore hires tables and dealers. A voyage price buys the whole system: the vessel, the floor, the crew, the hospitality and the logistics that make a ballroom out of a ship.
All-in quotes
Proposals list every inclusion line by line. If it is not on the sheet, it is not charged.
No hidden levies
Port fees, security, load-in labour and crew costs sit inside the price, not beneath it.
Value levers
Midweek dates, dockside formats and shoulder-season voyages all move the number down.
