Private Casino Charter, Your Ship Your Rules
Charter a deck or the entire vessel and we build your casino floor from scratch: table mix, stakes, guest list, entertainment and itinerary, all written around your brief.
What this voyage looks like
A private charter starts with a blank sheet. You choose the sailing window, the guest count and the tone, and our production team designs the floor: how many poker tables versus roulette and blackjack, where the bar sits, when the band plays and which ports the ship calls at between sessions. Past charters have run from a 90-guest anniversary deck take-over to a 400-guest product launch that used the ship as its venue for three days.
- Table mix, stakes and game formats are specified by you, then staffed by our licensed crews.
- The itinerary is yours: dockside, twilight loops, overnight coastal voyages or multi-port programmes.
- Full production scope available: staging, AV, florals, photography, security and guest management.
Everything handled on board
One producer runs your booking from first call to final hand, so the details below arrive as standard rather than extras.
Floor design
A table and game mix drawn to your guest list, from two-table salons to full casino floors.
Charter producer
A senior producer manages ship liaison, port bookings, crew and the minute-by-minute run sheet.
Hospitality design
Menus, bar packages and service style are built with the ship's executive chef around your guests.
Guest management
Invitations, RSVPs, boarding manifests and accessibility requirements handled by our office.
Three ways to run it
Deck take-over
One full deck and its lounges for an evening, on a scheduled sailing or a private short loop.
Full-ship evening
The vessel sails for your guest list alone, with every public space dressed to your theme.
Multi-day voyage
Two or more days on the WA coast with a rolling casino programme and port calls between sessions.
From gangway to final hand
A typical running order. Your producer tunes the timing to your charter length and the mood you want in the room.
Brief and site visit
We walk the vessel with you, draft the floor plan and lock the sailing window and guest count.
Production window
Styling, AV and table crews board ahead of guests to dress the ship and test every station.
Charter session
Your guests board to the finished floor. The producer runs the evening from the bridge schedule.
De-rig and report
We strike the production overnight and send a wrap report with counts, timings and photos.
We handed them a two-line brief and got back a ship that looked like it had been built for our anniversary. The casino floor ran itself; we just hosted.
